While Merlot is not a native Sicilian grape variety, the Pollara family has been producing this intense ruby red wine for years, with excellent results.

It has a great personality, has an intense ruby red color. The nose recalls berries and floral fragrances. On the palate it is warm, dry and round. A truly well-made bottle, where nothing is out of place.

Method: Maceration takes place in stainless steel tanks at 26 °- 28 ° C.

In-bottle aging: 6 months.

TASTING NOTES
Characterized by an intense ruby red color and a spicy and floreal scent of berries.
The taste is dry, round and fairly persistent.
