
Catarratto and Inzolia are the typical grapes of the area surrounding the Principe di Corleone Winery.
It is an elegant white from Sicily with a pleasant mineral content. It is capable of giving new sensations with every sip and it is the perfect companion for a sea urchin pasta dish.

TASTING NOTES
It is characterized by a yellow color with greenish reflections and a scent of ripe pear, pink grapefruit and capers. It has a delicately savory taste.
