Quercus C Grande

Among the first pure Cabernet Sauvignon produced in Sicily. For its personality and originality it has been awarded several times over the years. It expresses and enhances the territory it comes from: Corleone. Purple-red in color, it has a complex and persistent aroma, reminiscent of blackcurrant fruits and spices. The "Quercus Cabernet Sauvignon" is the demonstration that even the international grape varieties have something important to say in the Sicilian wine scene. During the harvest, the grapes are carefully selected and fermented for about two weeks. Aging continues for 9 months in Slavonian oak barrels.
